If there was any award show that I could go to and strut down the red carpet it would be the Grammy’s. This award show is filled with tons of music, celebs, and of course fashion.  To me, the Grammy’s is the chance to experiment with style and wear something unique and funky.  So I love when I see my favorite celebs take some fashion risks on the red carpet.  Keep on scrolling to read all about my favorite looks from last night’s big event. Solange Knowles Solange Knowles dazzled in a metallic gold dress by Gucci.  The Knowles family can do no wrong like did you watch Beyoncé’s performance? I was left speechless.  Anyway, back to Solange’s dress.  I like how her dress features some of the hottest trends this season like the beautiful pleated design and exaggerated sleeve.  Her dress is glamorous but at the same time playing around with different shapes and structures. Katy Perry I can’t get over Katy Perry’s new hair.  I love the platinum blonde color.  She is totally jumping on the bandwagon that blondes do have more fun.  To be honest, at first Katy’s dress did not make my best dressed list, but…

My 45-minute train ride to and from Grand Central Station consists of napping, thinking, and writing blog posts all while listening to music. I get through the not so fun commute with a little help from Spotify music. Just like not having one style of fashion I enjoy wearing, I don’t have one style of music I enjoy listening to. I listen to all sorts of genres of music, like rap, pop, alternative, and techno. However, the music I tend to listen to on the train are songs that will pump me up in the morning for the new day ahead of me and help me unwind on my way back home after a long day. Beautiful Day– U2 This is a great morning song. When all I want to do is head home and get right into my bed I know that each day is a gift and I am so lucky that every day I get the chance to be in the city I love. The lyrics, “it’s a beautiful day don’t let it get away,” inspire me to look at all the positives throughout my day. The Anthem– Good Charlotte A great pump up song. This song…

It’s no secret that I am a huge Lady Gaga fan.  From her unique personality, her distinct style, and her catchy music, I try to channel my inner Lady Gaga whenever I get the chance.  No, you will not find me wearing a meat dress like Lady Gaga did at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, but whatever chance I get, I love wearing more edgier pieces, especially ones that feature sparkles and of course some quirky detail.  Of course, I had to name this post after one of my favorite Lady Gaga songs, Teeth.  Recently, I can’t stop listening to all of Lady Gaga’s albums on Spotfiy, no wonder why Lady Gaga has been on my brain and has inspired some of my recent style choices.             Today’s look is totally different.  Maybe I would not wear it to class, but you bet I would wear this down to New York City or for a night out in town. This look consists of my two favorite styles, edgy and sporty, and you can’t forget the leather and sparkles. My new cropped sweatshirt from Romwe just screams Lady Gaga, don’t you think? I love the simple gray sweatshirt with the…
