It is officially spring and how I wish the weather could be warmer and sunnier. I have never been so happy to see grass. To be honest, I almost forgot what grass looked like after our long snowy winter. Now that it is spring, it is time to embrace the spring trends. One of my favorite things to do is visit my favorite clothing stores, view their products, and figure out what trends are popular this season. After countless visits to my favorite stores and many hours spent online shopping, I have come up with a list of the trendiest of trends for spring 2015. Take a look at what follows to see what I’m thinking.  1. Fringe Hands down, fringe is one of my favorite trends this season. Fringe resembles that boho chic style, of which I am a huge fan. I love how you can incorporate this trend into any part of your outfit. Think sweaters, kimonos, jackets, purses, and of course necklaces. 2. 70s Vibe When I think of 1970s fashion, I think bohemian and disco. You will never find me without nail polish on my fingernails. No matter how busy I am, I always find time once a week to paint my nails. Call me weird, but I find sitting down and giving myself a manicure so relaxing. For those who don’t know, I am part of my university’s chapter of Her Campus. According to the Her Campus website, “Her Campus is the #1 global community for college women”. I am very excited to be the style section editor and writer for my campus chapter. As a result of this role, I have received many great opportunities. Being part of Her Campus has definitely sharpened my journalistic skills, but hands down the best part of Her Campus is going to events on my campus that are hosted by many different companies. Not only are these events fun to attend for team bonding but also it allows me to be introduced to new companies and the awesome products they offer. Recently, our Her Campus team hosted a Jamberry nail party, where the brand Jamberry brought their 300+ nail designs to our campus. Ever since being introduced to Jamberry nails my nails have looked so stylish. Jamberry…

This poncho/sweater has been one of my favorite fashion pieces because it is different and causes peoples’ heads to turn. The best part about this poncho and sweater combo is how comfortable it is. It feels like I am wearing a blanket, keeping me warm on those frigid winter days. The cream and black colored tribal pattern and fringe detailing adds to the uniqueness of this piece. I love pairing this sweater/poncho combo with my Madewell jeans. I can’t express how much I love these jeans. Ever since I bought these Madewell jeans, I have been wearing them non-stop. The light wash with distressed detailing makes them a versatile piece to pair…
