On the train ride to the city, I had Taylor Swift’s song Welcome to New York stuck in my head. Seriously, that song is my anthem. For all of you who don’t know, I love New York City. I love the culture, the shopping, and all the possibilities the city has to offer. I hope within the next couple of years, I can call New York City my home. But for now, I take frequent trips to the city that never sleeps. Last week I was on spring break. It was nice to take a break from college life and spend the week at home, catching up on sleep, relaxing, and working on my blog. One day, I was feeling adventurous and creative, so I hopped on the train and journeyed to New York City. I was determined to take tons of photos for my blog. As always, the streets of New York inspired me and I captured some great shots for this post. On to my outfit, I refuse to wear my winter coat anymore. I officially retired my coat for the season, despite the weather still being on the chilly side, but once it reached 40 degrees consistently…

Today, I woke up to the birds chirping and the sun shining through my windows, it is finally starting to feel like spring. This winter has been brutal with all the snow and frigid temperatures. So more about my top. I feel like lately, you can’t walk into a store without seeing the star print somewhere.  Remember my post a few months ago that also featured this print?  If not check it out here.  As…
