College Fashion Week

Four more classes left, one philosophy paper to write, and a psychology test to take and then it’s finally time to hop on a train to New York City, again.  Remember when I mentioned LivForStyle was heading on some crazy adventures?  Well in today’s post I will be talking about one of those events. Catch me at College Fashion Week this Saturday, October 1st from 6-9 p.m. at Venue 404 in New York City.  Are you interested in attending?  Keep reading for more information on an event, you won’t want to miss.

It’s crazy to think that this is my last year as a college student, so obviously when I was invited to College Fashion Week, I was like HECK YES!  What’s better than going to a fashion show with fellow style obsessed collegiattes?  Thanks to Her Campus Media, my dreams are coming true and I can’t wait to be part of Her Campus’s fifth annual College Fashion Week.

For all those who are not familiar with College Fashion Week, it is a show celebrating fashionistas in a fun and empowering way.  This year, the show features up and coming designers, including My Social Canvas, Foray, Ali & Ariel, Frill Clothing, and Bow & Drape.  There is no better way to celebrate female fashion entrepreneurs and their creative talents.

Is the thought of possibly seeing me at the show convincing enough to buy your tickets?  Or the thought of seeing some great fashion looks from inspiring designers make you want to attend the show?  If not, here’s another thing that will grab your attention and make you head here to purchase your ticket ASAP. T his year Her Campus Media is partnering with StyleWatch to present this year’s College Fashion Week.  And you know what that means…an awesome list of sponsors.  Think Rebecca Minkoff, Vince Camuto, Drybar, Fitbit, Bertha Watches, and Perfumania.  Wow! I almost did’nt finish that sentence because of all my excitement.  You should see me frantically typing the names of the sponsors because I know each sponsor will bring their ‘A’ game whether it’s a stylish fitness tracker to help you live a healthy lifestyle, a wide range of stylish apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories, or a variety of fragrances and cosmetics, or amazing hair services.  Don’t believe me?  Head over to their websites to find out more.

I hope you found this post persuasive enough to buy your College Fashion Week NYC tickets. Click here to buy your tickets and learn even more about the event.  I hope to see some of you on Saturday, but if you are not close to the New York City area, don’t fret because College Fashion Week is heading to Chicago and Los Angeles later in October.  Keep your eyes open for a post recapping my experience after the show.  Can’t wait to share!  See you all in my next post.

This post is sponsored by Her Campus Media and its College Fashion Week brand partners.  All opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make LivForStyle possible.
